Free wireless Internet access is available to library visitors using mobile computers (laptop or PDA) with Wi-Fi capability. Wireless access uses the Wi-Fi standard IEEE802.11b/g. Wireless use is not constrained by the 1 hour time limit associated with our public computer use.

The Library’s wireless network is not secure. Information sent from or to your laptop can be captured by anyone else with a wireless device and the appropriate software. All communications are passed through the Internet without encryption. We cannot guarantee the security of any personal information that you transmit over the wireless connection after you log in to our network.
Library staff are not able to provide technical assistance, and no guarantee can be provided that you will be able to make a wireless connection.
